This lassi is flavoured with saffron; however, it is completely optional and can be avoided as well. To make this healthy beverage for scorching summers, you would need not-so-sour yoghurt blended well with cold water and sugar. If you are using saffron, soak it in water for 2-3 minutes and then add in the yoghurt for blending.
